The city of Oxford is renowned for its university. This helped to
establish a printing and publishing industry in Oxford. With the
Oxford University Press (OUP) and Blackwell's bookshop in Broad Street.
It was part of the current Blackwell's bookshop that was once 'Ye Olde
Picture Shoppe' run by John Chaundy, as mentioned in Sir John Betjeman's
'Summoned by Bells' (Betjeman being educated at Magdalen).
